Refund & Return Policy


We do not offer refunds or exchange for returned items, but we do offer credit to the value of your return purchase.
Store credit Refunds are limited and offered only under specific conditions.
• Eligible Store Credit Refunds: are available only in cases of attire defects or errors caused by Praisey's Fashion
• Non-Refundable Situations: •Incorrect measurements provided by a third party •Delayed delivery by the shipping company •Change of mind after order placement •Differences in perceived color/shade or fit •Attire that have been worn or are not in original condition.

We are not responsible for any damages or degradation to the garment print caused by improper washing, drying, or general wear and tear after the product has been received and used. Once a garment has been washed, we cannot accept responsibility for any print fading, cracking, or peeling, as we cannot control washing conditions.

 

You must send your returned item within 10 days of the day your purchase was received.

Praisey's Fashion takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return and will not cover the cost of return postage. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by TC.
